STEVE CARRIER | President

Upon graduating from college, Steve went to work for Farmland Industries as a construction superintendent building fertilizer plants.  He left that job to start an excavating business that he ran for many years.  Steve eventually sold that business to a partner and moved with his family to Colorado in 1987.  

Soon after arriving he took a job with Banner Health Systems as facilities director at McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colorado.  Responsibilities included facilities maintenance and managing construction projects.  As the construction manager he was responsible for the design/build team, contracts, budgets, changes, accounting and hospital services in construction areas.  He was responsible for the entire construction process.  In addition to work at McKee he was sent to other Banner Health facilities to assist with their construction projects in the same manner.

Steve left McKee in 1996 and started his current construction business building custom homes, medical office buildings, medical tenant finish projects and agricultural buildings, commercial buildings and barndominiums.  During this tenure the focus has moved to pre-engineered steel buildings.

CHAD AULDRIDGE | Superintendent

Chad is the newest member to the Western Construction Management team, coming onboard in March 2020. Chad has 8+ years of experience with concrete pouring and finishing. Additionally, he spent 11 years in leadership in the oil field as a Derrick Hand working in North Dakota, Texas, Colorado and Wyoming.

A true “local” he was born and raised in Fort Collins. When Chad isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, fishing, camping and all that the Colorado outdoors has to offer

RACHEL AULDRIDGE | Project Manager, Office Manager, AR/AP

Rachel started at Western Construction Management in 2019. She has a Bachelors degree from Colorado State University in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance. Rachel has over 15 years experience with project, office and financial management and 20+ years of customer service experience. From 2012-2019 she focused on multifamily residential projects and in 2019 made the shift to commercial project management.   

Rachel lives in Fort Collins with her family and enjoys travel, reading, camping and running races.
