A prefabricated steel building has a structural frame created from prefabricated portable steel. These buildings are quick and relatively inexpensive to construct and can be used for a wide range of applications.  Western Construction Management assists owners with design and have been erecting these buildings over most of the western states.  We’ve erected buildings for a variety of uses including agricultural, commercial, industrial and even residential.  

Once the design for your building is complete Western Construction Management will work with the steel building manufacturer to ensure fabrication is exactly as designed. Once fabricated the building is delivered to the site and we erect it. With the help of our subcontractors we see that your building meets the intended use and is constructed according to design. We also take care of permits and approvals as needed.
